Trish Wiederrich

In 2000 Trish started her first concessions adventure in Nevada where she served delicious home cooked food in the first Cowpoke trailer. Farm to table food has always been a passion as it accompanies her love of her registered Angus herd. Raised for confirmation and a gentle disposition, she has continued the same line which now resides with her in South Dakota. The recent addition of a Wagyu bull has added a new element and even more nutrition to the menu.

Trish’s motto is “If it has my name on it, it has to be the best.”
